Since opening its doors in 1982, Taiwan Restaurant has made its mark as one of Silicon Valley’s best gourmet Chinese Restaurants featuring innovatively presented dishes using only the freshest ingredients. Owners Jimmy and Nancy Niu have dedicated themselves to providing their customers with warm and friendly service in a richly decorated setting. Jimmy continues to enhance the dining room with his creative tropical flower arrangements while wife Nancy displays her intricate oil paintings for all to enjoy.

Even after many decades in the restaurant business, they continue to live by their motto:
